    Phillip D. Florek

    Dr. Phillip D. Florek was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1965 and then graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1969.

    Jason R. Henderson

    Dr. Jason Henderson was born in Corvallis, Oregon and raised in Redstone, Colorado. In 1994 he graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then continued his studies at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has been practicing dentistry in our office in Neenah, Wisconsin since 2000.

    Amy Henderson

    Dr. Amy Henderson was born and raised in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and then graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She worked briefly in Carbondale, Colorado before settling in Neenah, Wisconsin in 2000.
